Subscribe & Save

1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. Select Subscriptions. [Go to Subscriptions →]

2. Using the email address associated with your subscriptions, log in to your account. If you don't have an account with us, you'll need to create one.

3. Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page to review products you may also like.

4. Click Add to order under the selected product.

5. Choose your flavor (if required).

6. Choose the quantity.

7. Select one time or subscription.

8. If on subscription, select delivery frequency.

9. Confirm or edit the shipping address.

10. Confirm payment.

11. Click Add to order.

Note: Your product will be added to your upcoming order. If you prefer to change the delivery date, click More actions on the top right. Reschedule the date as needed.

4. Identify the product you'd like to cancel and click the Edit options.

5. On the right, click the Cancel this subscription. Confirm cancelation.

• To delay the entire order, select More actions, then Reschedule.

• To delay individual items on the order, click the edit link under the order summary.

• Delay by months or choose a specific date.

• Click View all upcoming orders.

• Identify the order to be modified and click View order.

3. Click Inactive subscriptions to see all deactivated subscriptions.

4. Identify the product to be reactivated. Click View subscription.

5. Click Restart subscription. Your subscription is now reactivated.

6. If needed, make updates to the following:

• Choose your flavor.

• Choose the quantity.

• Select the subscription delivery frequency.

7. Click Save changes. Your product will be added to your upcoming order.

8. If you prefer to change the delivery date, click the More actions dropdown to Reschedule or Skip the delivery.

Important Note: If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, please note, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will attempt immediately.

It is rare, but if an item on Subscribe & Save is discontinued, we will send a notification about the discontinued item to the email we have on file for you. The good news is that we have other products, so you can always browse our website for a similar item or you can call our Customer Service team for a recommended alternative.

No, your subscriptions will only be combined when multiple renewals happen to fall within the same 7-day period. If your subscriptions renew on different schedules, they'll continue as usual and only be combined when it makes sense!

While we do our best to combine multiple subscriptions renewing within 7 days, there are a few reasons why some may still ship separately. These include differences in payment methods, promotions applied, or how the subscriptions were originally set up in our system.

Yes! When we combine your shipments, the billing dates for that renewal are combined too. This means you'll see a single charge for the combined subscriptions. Don't worry—your subscriptions will still renew on their usual schedules. If they typically renew at different times, their billing dates will stay separate unless they happen to align within a 7-day window again.

Our system automatically combines shipments for eligible subscriptions renewing within a 7-day window. This helps minimize packaging and streamline deliveries. If you'd like to change your billing date to avoid combined shipments, you can easily manage your subscription here.

We only combine shipments going to the same shipping address. If your subscriptions have different shipping addresses, they will continue to be processed and shipped separately.

Combining shipments is an automated process based on your renewal dates. If your subscriptions are eligible for combining, they will be processed together automatically. However, you can log into your BioTRUST account at any time to adjust the frequency and next charge date of your subscriptions to better align your renewals. By doing so, you can help streamline your deliveries—and BioTRUST (and the environment) would appreciate it!
